 Looking for photodiode BS100C
Hi,
Does anyone know of a possible source for the (now discontinued) photodiode BS100C - made by Sharp. I need some visible light photodiodes, and these have exactly the right spectral response (532-550nm).
Thanks, Dave

That part of Sharp's website seems to be down for maintenance, but wouldn't the BS100C0F be a cross?
Cheers Chris

This is not just a photo diode, but a combination of a photo diode and a high pass (IR blocking) filter to emulate the human eye's response. You may find other diodes with a similar (if not exactly the same response, if you search for filtered diodes or visible light diodes you may find other suitable choices.
Some possibilities BS120, BS500, BS520, PDV-V417, PDV-V418.
