to bend freely in all directions. This is everyone's condition
until our 20's when we start picking
things up.I was so stiff in my 30's I could hardly walk at times.
CHANGE OF DIET TO STRICT VEGAN works wonders.
Now I can hula-hoop and move my trunk freely and
without pain. It's wonderfully convenient for things like
retrieving items and seeing what time it is.
