Hi all. I’ve got Planet Router config file rom-0. Like Zyxel routers, Planet routers have config file rom-0. To see the description of extracting Zyxel router Config file, visit
http://everlost.nl/kender/zyxel/. The program code is also given here. But Zyxel Router config file rom-0 is 38 kb, while that of Planet router is 16kb and do not extract it with Firmware.exe. Also planet router configuration backup file has spt.dat file where the password is kept. Here is planet router rom-0 file http://rom0.comuf.com/rom-0.rar.

I'll post a patch for the Zyxel tool later today.

I've just modified the original Zyxel Firmware tool to work with the supplied Planet router ROM configuration file. Currently it is able to extract the configuration and decompress the spt.dat file which contains router password.

Please post an exact model name of your Planet router for others' reference.
